These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of afterbedtimegame.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of After Bedtime products. The Site and the products are operated by West Newton LLC (“After Bedtime,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The product

After Bedtime is a card game for couples. Product descriptions, images, and card examples on the Site are provided to help you decide whether the game is right for you. We work to describe the product accurately, but we do not warrant that every description, image, or detail is complete or error-free.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund the amount paid. We may also correct any pricing or description errors and cancel affected orders, even after an order has been submitted.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before you place an order. Any sale price applies only while the sale is active. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total shown at checkout, including any applicable shipping and tax. Payments are handled by third-party processors; we do not store full payment-card details.

Shipping

Orders ship within the timeframe shown on the product page, in plain, discreet packaging. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by incorrect address information provided at checkout.

Returns and refunds

All sales are final, with a remedy for orders that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Our full policy is on the Returns & Refunds page, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Intellectual property

The Site and the game — including the cards and prompts, text, graphics, logos, the After Bedtime name and wordmark, and the overall design — are the property of West Newton LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or create derivative works from any part of the product or the Site without our written permission. Your purchase is for personal, non-commercial use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, interfere with the Site’s operation or security, or attempt to access areas or data you are not authorized to access. We may suspend or end access to anyone who misuses the Site.

Disclaimers

The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated here, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. After Bedtime is intended as entertainment and is not relationship, medical, or professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, West Newton LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the product. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
